Our mission is to provide the means for a positive learning environment so all students are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, enabling them to succeed in a changing world.

We believe...

  • students, parents, teachers, support staff, administrators, and community members must set high expectations for student learning and behavior.
  • students come from a variety of backgrounds and have different learning and support needs.
  • good teachers and good teaching practices are vital to the success of our students and our school.
  • the purpose of public education is to provide all students with the necessary training and experiences to become productive citizens.
  • an actively engaged community is crucial to each student's success.
  • education is the responsibility of all citizens.
  • the success of our students and our schools depends upon a working relationship between students, parents, the community, the board, and the school staff.
