PIkeland Schools will be dismissing today, Wednesday February 12, at 12:30 due to the incoming weather. 12:20 at South, 12:25 at Pittsfield High School, and 12:30 at PIkeland Community School. Morning Pre-K students will be dismissed at their regular time.

Pre-Kindergarten & PACT HeadStart Programs in collaboration with Four Rivers Education District and the Pike County Health Department are offering FREE vision, hearing, and developmental screenings for all children between ages 2 1/2 to 5. Screenings will take place on March 3rd, 4th, and 5th at the Pittsfield Methodist Church. Call South School at 285-2431 to schedule an appointment.

Pikeland Schools will dismiss at 11:00 today due to the incoming weather. Dismissal times are 10:50 for South, 10:55 at PHS, and 11:00 at PCS. Sack lunches will be sent home with our k-8 kids and available to high school kids who want them. No afternoon Pre-k.
Just a reminder that this Friday, January 17 is a 1:30 SIP early dismissal day for students. South School-1:20, PHS--1:25, and PCS--1:30. Also, there is no school Monday, Jan. 20 in observance of Martin Luther King's Birthday.
